In the 4th minute Dinaras Bublys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vsevolod Sergin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Innokentiy Artemev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vyspiniu FC's Algimantas Damkus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stepan Boltaev in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Novosibirsk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergey Denisov to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergey Denisov in the 13th minute of play forced Vyspiniu FC's goalkeeper Algimantas Damkus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vsevolod Sergin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naglis Dulevičius in the 16th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Sergey Denisov notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vyspiniu FC's Algimantas Damkus. Algimantas Damkus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergey Denisov during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Sergey Denisov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Vyspiniu FC got a freekick which was hit by Hubertas Kaveckas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergey Denisov in the 29th minute of play forced Vyspiniu FC's goalkeeper Algimantas Damkus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Novosibirsk FC's Innokentiy Artemev got a free kick in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Novosibirsk FC's zone, Naglis Dulevičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vsevolod Sergin came out of the goal and Naglis Dulevičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naglis Dulevičius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Naglis Dulevičius took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Vsevolod Sergin to make any attempt to save it. Algimantas Damkus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stepan Boltaev, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Naglis Dulevičius took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Vsevolod Sergin to make any attempt to save it.
The wind increased when Naglis Dulevičius made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Roman Maslyannikov in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vyspiniu FC's Vaidas Mankus. Vsevolod Sergin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naglis Dulevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Novosibirsk FC's Roman Maslyannikov got a free kick in the 57th minute. Sergey Denisov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Algimantas Damkus having to make a save. Novosibirsk FC's Valeriy Averchenko was substituted for Semen Nosov. Novosibirsk FC's Lev Kaznacheev was substituted for Roman Maslyannikov. In the 72nd minute, Sergey Denisov made a precise shot to the right of Algimantas Damkus. Vyspiniu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Vyspiniu FC's Algimantas Damkus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Vyspiniu FC from getting a goal against them. Algimantas Damkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stepan Boltaev in the 81st minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Innokentiy Artemev got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Algimantas Damkus quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Innokentiy Artemev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Algimantas Damkus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Algimantas Damkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stepan Boltaev in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Vyspiniu FC's goalkeeper Algimantas Damkus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Innokentiy Artemev. After having played for 94 minutes, Stepan Boltaev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Novosibirsk FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stepan Boltaev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
