The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Uriel Iraunkor the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Amigos de la Chala FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Uriel Iraunkor had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 27th minute, Sergey Denisov made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Sotil. Amigos de la Chala FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 31 minutes into the match, Amigos de la Chala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stepan Boltaev came free, but Melquiades Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernan Orland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Vsevolod Sergin made a huge save. Stepan Boltaev might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Sotil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stepan Boltaev ran back to his position shaking his head. Vsevolod Sergin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Orland in the 42nd minute. Novosibirsk FC's Vsevolod Sergin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Novosibirsk FC from getting a goal against them.

53 minutes into the game, Vsevolod Krivonosov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Novosibirsk FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amigos de la Chala FC the free kick. Santiago Quinton's late challenge caught a Novosibirsk FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Quinton helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes Amigos de la Chala FC got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Quinton. Novosibirsk FC made a substitution. Vsevolod Sergin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Orland in the 77th minute of the match. When Lev Kaznacheev fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The Amigos de la Chala FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Novosibirsk FC's performance.
