Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kristupas Sartauskas kicked off to start the match. Hugo Vitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristupas Sartauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Oscar Thal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Schulze Neuhof FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skomaiciai FC the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Schulze Neuhof FSV's zone, Kristupas Sartauskas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Vitz came out of the goal and Kristupas Sartauskas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelijus Ignatavičius made in the 15th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alfonsas Filimonas immediately put the ball in play. Carlo West made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nils Schlüter however managed to control. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulrich Polzin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Einaras Žiemelis. That made the score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Nils Schlüter in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Skomaiciai FC's Petras Dumskis. Hugo Vitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristupas Sartauskas in the 38th minute of play. The corner led Skomaiciai FC's Germanas Gelžinis to fire away a dangerous shot which Hugo Vitz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 45th minute Herkus Bruzas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Vitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Herkus Bruzas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 52nd match minute, Schulze Neuhof FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eike Beinkämpen to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the match, Schulze Neuhof FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Kristupas Sartauskas came free, but Hugo Vitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skomaiciai FC's Petras Dumskis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlo West in the 57 minute of the game. If Girkantas Aleksandravičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th match minute, Skomaiciai FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donatas Glodenis to maneuver through the defense. Eike Beinkämpen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Einaras Žiemelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Skomaiciai FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eike Beinkämpen came free, but Einaras Žiemelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Skomaiciai FC's zone, Ulrich Polzin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Einaras Žiemelis came out of the goal and Ulrich Polzin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute of the game Nils Schlüter made a throw-in which Carlo West played forward. Petras Dumskis hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Skomaiciai FC's Einaras Žiemelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrich Polzin in the 70th minute of play. Ulrich Polzin took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Einaras Žiemelis. Einaras Žiemelis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Schulze Neuhof FSV's Eike Beinkämpen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aurelijus Ignatavičius, made in the 79th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Kristupas Sartauskas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skomaiciai FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristupas Sartauskas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Vitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petras Dumskis hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Nils Schlüter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Schulze Neuhof FSV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Kristupas Sartauskas scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Vitz, making the score, 2-1. Einaras Žiemelis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Hammann's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Schulze Neuhof FSV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Skomaiciai FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
