The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to AC LeX Luthor getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Atilio De la Cuadra hit a great ball. Emil Gabor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Errando came free, but Emil Gabor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC LeX Luthor's Maurício Bomba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Păvăloae in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ninjas in Pyjamas defense, D.J. 赵云 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Gabor. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Gabor should have stopped the shot. Emil Gabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from D.J. 赵云 in the 23rd minute of play. Emil Gabor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Emil Gabor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Alberto Marquez. Emil Gabor made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Carlos Alberto Marquez sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Errando came free, but Emil Gabor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Emil Gabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Errando in the 38th minute of play. Emil Gabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from D.J. 赵云 in the 40th minute of the match. Emil Gabor made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Alvaro Errando sent off a good shot on target. AC LeX Luthor were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Ninjas in Pyjamas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pancho Branca took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute D.J. 赵云 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Gabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Gabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Errando in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Laurențiu Loghin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pancho Branca was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Alberto Marquez in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Gabor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Matias Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Ilie Răduleț in the 64th minute really tested Maurício Bomba's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 67th minute Alvaro Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Gabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Alvaro Errando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ninjas in Pyjamas's Emil Gabor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Mihnea Iosub sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maurício Bomba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th minute of the match, Mihnea Iosub got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maurício Bomba was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emil Gabor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Alberto Marquez went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. AC LeX Luthor's Karl-Axel Kielstedt was substituted for D.J. 赵云. Peep Pronk took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emil Gabor. Emil Gabor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 81st match minute, Ninjas in Pyjamas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurențiu Loghin to maneuver through the defense. Alexandru Negreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Emil Gabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peep Pronk in the 85th minute of play. After 87 minutes Ninjas in Pyjamas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pancho Branca who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on AC LeX Luthor's corner Julian Boni fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emil Gabor quite easily take care of the ball. In the 91st minute Blade Runnel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Gabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Gabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blade Runnel, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Blade Runnel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peep Pronk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the AC LeX Luthor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
