Olov Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peep Pronk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 played minutes AC LeX Luthor got a freekick which was hit by Pancho Branca. After 6 played minutes AC LeX Luthor got a freekick which was hit by Tolek Chazen. With a little luck, Skövde AIK's Olov Wahlnäs got control of the ball when Peep Pronk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Krister Uggstedt made in the 11th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Knut Rudberg however managed to control. 14 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olov Wahlnäs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peep Pronk got free with Olov Wahlnäs in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Tolek Chazen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, AC LeX Luthor's Olov Wahlnäs threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tolek Chazen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Skövde AIK's Kevin Keegan got a free kick in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olov Wahlnäs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Atilio De la Cuadra made a great header on AC LeX Luthor's corner, it was just that Skövde AIK's Olov Wahlnäs managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 42nd minute, AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olov Wahlnäs. Olov Wahlnäs yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peep Pronk got free with Olov Wahlnäs in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Peep Pronk made the kick off in the second half. Peep Pronk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Olov Wahlnäs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olov Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peep Pronk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skövde AIK's Olov Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peep Pronk in the 56th minute of play. Olov Wahlnäs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peep Pronk, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The AC LeX Luthor fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. AC LeX Luthor's Alvaro Errando was substituted for Peep Pronk. AC LeX Luthor's Carlos Alberto Marquez was substituted for Cod Whatman. In the 66th minute, Hans Petersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olov Wahlnäs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Errando's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 69 played minutes Skövde AIK got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Hamrin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Errando in the 72nd minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Olov Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Julian Boni got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Olov Wahlnäs quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 77 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Maurício Bomba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Hamrin. Skövde AIK's Olov Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Errando in the 78th minute of play. AC LeX Luthor's Atilio De la Cuadra managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Knut Rudberg in the 81 minute of the game. Jerry Williams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Maurício Bomba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Alberto Marquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olov Wahlnäs having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Errando in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Wahlnäs saved Skövde AIK from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by D.J. 赵云 in the 95th minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Olov Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 97 minutes Skövde AIK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pancho Branca who took care of the corner kick.
