The audience thought a goal was coming when Robertinho Carabajal got free with Lajos Vadász in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Lajos Vadász successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lajos Vadász stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robertinho Carabajal's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 32 played minutes North Hill United got a freekick which was hit by Diego Armando. 38 minutes into the match, Robertinho Carabajal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lajos Vadász. North Hill United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robertinho Carabajal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Diego Armando's late challenge caught a AFC Koolkerke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Armando helped the player get up and apologised. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
