Christian Lovo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Salinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenal's Christian Lovo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marvin Umaña in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, one of Arsenal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 24 minutes, K-bus F.C's Jairo Jimenez got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Christian Lovo. After 30 played minutes K-bus F.C got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Mayen. Efren Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marvin Umaña hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Efren Lara made a precise shot to the right of Ruben Guerra. K-bus F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Efren Lara made a kick off. Efren Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arsenal's Christian Lovo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Cetino in the 58th minute of play. Efren Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Guerra having to interfere. Alfredo Mondragon struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Ruben Guerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. After a defensive mix-up in K-bus F.C's zone, Efren Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Guerra came out of the goal and Efren Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Díaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes of play, K-bus F.C's Franklin Salinas made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Lovo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Lovo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Cetino in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efren Lara got free with Ruben Guerra in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Efren Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ruben Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Alfredo Mondragon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Mondragon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Mondragon struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Ruben Guerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. Ruben Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efren Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Efren Lara in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ruben Guerra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 92 in the game by Efren Lara from a close distance when the talented Ruben Guerra managed to make a qualified save. K-bus F.C's players were relieved. After 94 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Victor Díaz. Christian Lovo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Cetino in the 96th minute of play. Arsenal were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing K-bus F.C to leave the ground with a draw.
