Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cristian Costas got the match started through his kick off. Abraham Gomez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Gomez in the 5th minute of play forced Clapham's goalkeeper Dennys Orobio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Nelson Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raúl Guerrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Costas in the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Preston's zone, Milton Cortez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raúl Guerrero came out of the goal and Milton Cortez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Costas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Raúl Guerrero 13 minutes into the match. Clapham's Dennys Orobio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Gomez in the 22nd minute of play. Cristian Costas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raúl Guerrero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 2-0 became the score in the 28th minute when Milton Cortez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Preston booed when Clapham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Erazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Gomez in the 31st minute of play forced Clapham's goalkeeper Dennys Orobio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Diego Erazo in the 34th minute really tested Raúl Guerrero's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, Preston's Raúl Guerrero got control of the ball when Milton Cortez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abraham Gomez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 63 minutes into the match, Preston's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Costas came free, but Raúl Guerrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Costas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milton Cortez in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raúl Guerrero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristian Costas took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raúl Guerrero. Raúl Guerrero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 72nd minute Cristian Costas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl Guerrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, David Verdugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raúl Guerrero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Costas's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 87thth minute of the game Cristian Costas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Preston's Raúl Guerrero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Ovidio Villatoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clapham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Preston the free kick. Ovidio Villatoro kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Dennys Barrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raúl Guerrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milton Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When Milton Cortez came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Clapham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milton Cortez couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Clapham players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
