Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Max Guzman started the match with the kick off. Claudio Quintanilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Misael Castillo having to interfere. Misael Castillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Corpeño in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Mario Batres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Corpeño kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Claudio Quintanilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Claudio Quintanilla fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Misael Castillo, passed just outside the right post. 26 minutes into the match, Aldridge's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Corpeño came free, but Misael Castillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Dedham's Claudio Quintanilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Misael Castillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 33 played minutes Aldridge got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Guerrero. 36 minutes into the match, Dedham's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Bustamante came free, but Augusto Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Max Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Augusto Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrés Zapata might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augusto Reyes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrés Zapata ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Corpeño in the 47th minute of play forced Aldridge's goalkeeper Misael Castillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Eliseo Corpeño made the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Corpeño struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Misael Castillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dedham. 56 minutes into the match, Eliseo Corpeño notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Aldridge's Misael Castillo. Misael Castillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Max Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorino Zaldaña kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Max Guzman struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Augusto Reyes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aldridge. Max Guzman did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Augusto Reyes 75 minutes into the match. Misael Castillo came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Dedham's Claudio Quintanilla. But to his dismay, Claudio Quintanilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 82nd minute Eliseo Corpeño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Misael Castillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Batres charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Batres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Max Guzman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Reyes was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Max Guzman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Max Guzman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2.
