Spectators: 10979 (Terracing: 8235, Seating: 2525, VIP seats: 219) Maitros FC's David Pimentel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alvaro Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Gallegos, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 5thth minute of the game Dário Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maitros FC's Alvaro Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dário Diniz kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 7thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Maitros FC's keeper Alvaro Baptista was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 8 minutes, Arturo Mendez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maitros FC and the Club Deportivo Águila players grew even worse after the yellow card. 13 minutes into the game, Dário Diniz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Alvaro Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Dário Diniz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alvaro Baptista, 2-0. Ricky Koppens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Baptista having to make a save. Herminio Florinio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Alvaro Baptista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dário Diniz came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alvaro Baptista could save by the left post. A hard shot 29 in the game by Dário Diniz from a close distance when the talented Alvaro Baptista managed to make a qualified save. Maitros FC's players were relieved. Dário Diniz had several of the Maitros FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Alvaro Baptista as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Ricky Koppens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 34 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Águila's Dário Diniz made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute, Ricky Koppens made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Baptista. Maitros FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Dário Diniz took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Baptista. Alvaro Baptista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When Club Deportivo Águila's Dário Diniz in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maitros FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Ricky Koppens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Baptista was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Odir Contrera hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dário Diniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dário Diniz took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Baptista. Alvaro Baptista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erick Palencia during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Maitros FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Erick Palencia hit a great ball. Alvaro Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Diniz in the 61st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Dário Diniz put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alvaro Baptista. Club Deportivo Águila made a substitution. Angel Velis replaced Ricky Koppens. Ismael Orobio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Diniz in the 72nd minute of play forced Maitros FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Dário Diniz sped through Maitros FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alvaro Baptista. Alvaro Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dário Diniz's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Alvaro Baptista came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Águila's Dário Diniz. But to his dismay, Dário Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dário Diniz in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Baptista saved Maitros FC from getting behind. After 84 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Águila's Dário Diniz made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Dário Diniz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Baptista was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. The supporters of Club Deportivo Águila booed when Maitros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Orobio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Oswaldo Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Club Deportivo Águila's Dário Diniz in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maitros FC's goalie prevented a goal. Alvaro Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dário Diniz in the 95th minute of play.
