Spectators: 7620 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 120) FC PUMA's Wen Ran Fan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcu Ciupe in the 4th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, FC PUMA's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Ciupe came free, but Wen Ran Fan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Baltazar Bentos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GALENA-NORTH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC PUMA the free kick. The supporters of FC PUMA booed when GALENA-NORTH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Bentos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 played minutes, FC PUMA's Enrique Ulloa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Géza Kocsis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC PUMA reached it. Placido Austin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Géza Kocsis came out and tried to block the shot, but Placido Austin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Marcu Ciupe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute, Marcu Ciupe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GALENA-NORTH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 33rd minute Marcu Ciupe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wen Ran Fan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes FC PUMA got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Villanueva. André Giansanti hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When GALENA-NORTH's Marcu Ciupe in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC PUMA's goalie prevented a goal. After 40 played minutes FC PUMA got a freekick which was hit by Placido Austin. Wen Ran Fan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcu Ciupe, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Wen Ran Fan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Salgado in the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes GALENA-NORTH got a freekick which was hit by Marcu Ciupe. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Marcu Ciupe put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wen Ran Fan. The FC PUMA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GALENA-NORTH were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baltazar Bentos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wen Ran Fan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcu Ciupe in the 73rd minute of play. Wen Ran Fan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltazar Bentos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC PUMA's Wen Ran Fan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save FC PUMA from getting a goal against them. Wen Ran Fan made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Marcu Ciupe sent off a good shot on target. If Camilo Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the game, FC PUMA's Placido Austin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Géza Kocsis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. After 90 played minutes FC PUMA got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Brizuela. Wilber Navas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Wen Ran Fan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GALENA-NORTH walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
