The Manzaneros Cuahutemoc AFC fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Manzaneros Cuahutemoc AFC's Eustacio Ostargi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ciro Veronica's late challenge caught a Chipaté's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Veronica helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Manzaneros Cuahutemoc AFC's Ciro Veronica got a free kick in the 47th minute. Jeremias Refugio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Eustacio Ostargi made the kick off in the second half. Venancio Sendoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustacio Ostargi's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Roman Hitzeder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Abelardo Bingen made a huge save. Venancio Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Naldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Ostargi in the 61st minute of play forced Chipaté's goalkeeper Venancio Sendoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Roman Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Naldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Chipaté's Venancio Sendoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Sanduru in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Eustacio Ostargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Sendoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Sergio Naldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manzaneros Cuahutemoc AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The supporters of Manzaneros Cuahutemoc AFC booed when Chipaté was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Heriberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the game, one of Chipaté:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 98 minutes into the match, Aquilino Sanduru notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Chipaté's Venancio Sendoa. Venancio Sendoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Manzaneros Cuahutemoc AFC were the better team. Manzaneros Cuahutemoc AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
