Eusebio Lizar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the game, Curramalán's Lucio Arixo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusebio Lizar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jeronimo Victoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Maurin in the 22nd minute of the match. When Astor Bartoleme came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ambargasta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Bartoleme couldn't finish the play. Epifanio Lordi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusebio Lizar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Lucio Arixo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ambargasta AFC's Eusebio Lizar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Epifanio Lordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Lucio Arixo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Haroldo Erramun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Eusebio Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Curramalán were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucio Arixo to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucio Arixo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eusebio Lizar. That made the score 0-4 in the 57 minute of play. Ambargasta AFC's Eusebio Lizar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Ambargasta AFC from getting a goal against them. Lucio Arixo might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusebio Lizar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucio Arixo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 67 played minutes Ambargasta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Astor Bartoleme. In the 70th minute, Curramalán's Lucio Arixo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Jeronimo Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Maurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Arixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artemio Bras during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artemio Bras kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Curramalán's Lucio Arixo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ambargasta AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Curramalán were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
