The referee ignored Superamerica2310's protests and gave Eugenio Ritchie a yellow card for diving instead. Eugenio Ritchie kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Ameghino FC's Benjamin Medero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Ameghino FC from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute, Apolo Oxarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Ameghino FC were the better team. Ameghino FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
