When Eduardo Oskitz came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Limache FC fans jumped to their feet. Jonatan Nofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Geofredo in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Rocamora AFC booed when Limache FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Fernado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Geofredo might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonatan Nofre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The wind increased when Augusto Geofredo made the kick off in the second half. Augusto Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Nofre having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Rocamora AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Virila to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Oskitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Santiago Sazon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Limache FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Limache FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
