Julian Pes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Liher in the 33rd minute of play. When Gilberto Tirso came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Ciudacita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Tirso couldn't finish the play. Guido Ekain's late challenge caught a Colazzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Ekain helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Ciudacita got a freekick which was hit by Guido Ekain. The supporters of Ciudacita booed when Colazzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Tuste kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Edgard Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
