In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lucila's goalkeeper Romeo Orlin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caminiaga FC's Alejandro Quinten got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejandro Quinten made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Lucila's zone, Alejandro Quinten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeo Orlin came out of the goal and Alejandro Quinten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alejandro Quinten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Orlin having to interfere. Alejandro Quinten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Serafo in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Lucila's Salvador Serafo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Aballe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alejandro Quinten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Caminiaga FC defense, Guido Perfecto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Aballe. The Caminiaga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Aballe should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Lucila booed when Caminiaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Quinten didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Lucila's goalkeeper Romeo Orlin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Quinten. Romeo Orlin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Quinten in the 81st minute. Maximo Maurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucila's Romeo Orlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Lucila from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the game, Vicente Pepillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lucila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Perfecto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Lucila support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
