Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5005, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) Segundo Endira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Magno Sergipano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Lucila having to make a save. Maximo Oroitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Endira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Lucila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Cordareo in the 10th minute of play. If Cirilo Cordareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Lucila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magno Sergipano's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. David Lucila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Berart went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Heli got free with Maximo Oroitz in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romulo Erroman charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romulo Erroman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 38 played minutes Ogilvie FC got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Erroman. Fabio Berart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magno Sergipano to make the kick off. Maximo Oroitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Heli, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When Cirilo Cordareo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC ANGELOPOLIS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Cordareo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ogilvie FC booed when FC ANGELOPOLIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Louis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute Magno Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Berart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Lucila made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Magno Sergipano sent off a good shot on target. Maximo Oroitz came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Ogilvie FC's Joaquin Heli. But to his dismay, Joaquin Heli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Fabio Berart was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. FC ANGELOPOLIS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Humberto Cresconio fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ogilvie FC's protests and gave Humberto Cresconio a yellow card for diving instead. Humberto Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Magno Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
