Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cruz Azul's Pero Brunet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Pierres in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute Abel Txerran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Guifre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 minutes, Inocencio Cugat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porvenir and the Cruz Azul players grew even worse after the yellow card. Inocencio Cugat kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match Alekos Kabitakis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustavo Guifre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pero Brunet came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Porvenir's Urbano Pierres. But to his dismay, Urbano Pierres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gustavo Guifre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Seme in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Cruz Azul's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Pierres came free, but Pero Brunet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Guifre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Seme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Porvenir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Pero Brunet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Belo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Gustavo Guifre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. In the 95th minute, Adrian Rumaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Porvenir's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
