The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hugo Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Enrique Rico made a huge save. In the 8th minute, Vizcarra's Primitivo Mingo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 12th minute, Vizcarra's Remigio Pepillo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Severo Feliu struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Albano Javiero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yacanto AFC. Severo Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Pepillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Rico having to interfere. Yacanto AFC's Enrique Rico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Yacanto AFC from getting a goal against them. If Remigio Pepillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hugo Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Rico having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Yacanto AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Rico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severo Inguma. Hugo Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Severo Inguma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Enrique Rico made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Hugo Santana sent off a good shot on target. Hugo Santana came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enrique Rico could save by the left post. 46 minutes into the match, Remigio Pepillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Enrique Rico, 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Santana in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Rico saved Yacanto AFC from getting behind. Remigio Pepillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Rico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Remigio Pepillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Rico was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Rosendo Santikurtz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Albano Javiero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Brais in the 64th minute of the match. Enrique Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Rico came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Vizcarra's Hugo Santana. But to his dismay, Hugo Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Feliu got free with Albano Javiero in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remigio Pepillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albano Brais hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Hugo Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vizcarra's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Rico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Inguma in the 87th minute of play forced Yacanto AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Santana in the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Inguma in the 95th minute of play forced Yacanto AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Rico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Pepillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Vizcarra's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
