In the 7th minute, Pedro Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Inguma's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelio Feliz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Inguma in the 14th minute of play forced Naranjo's goalkeeper Aurelio Feliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidro Soin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Isidro Soin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Santos Manilan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiburones Rojos Veracruz's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Manilan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Feliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basilio Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Eladio in the 28th minute of the match. The supporters of Tiburones Rojos Veracruz booed when Naranjo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Eladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Naranjo's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Rafe came free, but Aurelio Feliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Soin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Timoteo Eladio managed to get in a good position for a shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Eladio was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Naranjo booed when Tiburones Rojos Veracruz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Tauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Eladio scored 1-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Ilazki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiburones Rojos Veracruz's Angelino Rafe got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Naranjo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Tomas Elivareo hit a great ball. 66 minutes in the game, Cristian Inguma dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Enrique Eladio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isidro Soin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Tiburones Rojos Veracruz's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Eladio came free, but Basilio Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Naranjo's Aurelio Feliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Inguma in the 81st minute of play. Santos Manilan was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 87 played minutes Tiburones Rojos Veracruz got a freekick which was hit by Santos Manilan. Enrique Eladio struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Basilio Ilazki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naranjo. In the 93rd minute, Enrique Eladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute, Isidro Soin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Naranjo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the referee ended the match the Naranjo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
