Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Moises Tirso took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Geofredo in the 4th minute of play forced Rebaño Sagrado's goalkeeper Andres Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th match minute, Palermo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Sindo to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Rosario was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sebastian Erramun. After a defensive mix-up in Palermo FC's zone, Nicasio Navarro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Rosario came out of the goal and Nicasio Navarro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Moises Tirso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Rebaño Sagrado's zone, Gerardo Geofredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Beturian came out of the goal and Gerardo Geofredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldo Rosario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Jokin in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Rebaño Sagrado booed when Palermo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Galo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicasio Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Rosario having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Nicasio Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 played minutes Palermo FC got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Tancredo. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ubaldo Jokin was the one to do the kick off. Nicasio Navarro took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvaldo Rosario. Osvaldo Rosario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 57 played minutes Rebaño Sagrado got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Bladi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Jokin in the 61st minute of play forced Palermo FC's goalkeeper Osvaldo Rosario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Palermo FC's Moises Tirso in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rebaño Sagrado's goalie prevented a goal. Osvaldo Rosario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicasio Navarro went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 77 minutes, Nicasio Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rebaño Sagrado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicasio Navarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ubaldo Jokin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Osvaldo Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Moises Tirso came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Palermo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tirso couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo FC's goalkeeper Osvaldo Rosario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rebaño Sagrado's Ubaldo Jokin got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicasio Navarro in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Rosario saved Palermo FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Rebaño Sagrado's Gogo Bladi got a free kick in the 87th minute. Palermo FC's Osvaldo Rosario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Navarro in the 91st minute of play. If Nicasio Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Rosario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Jokin's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
