Eleuterio Ciceron had several of the Pueblito's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Eustaquio Ubarna as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Eleuterio Ciceron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustaquio Ubarna made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Eleuterio Ciceron sent off a good shot on target. Leo Lertxun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Ofelio came free, but Leo Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palmitas's Leo Lertxun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Pietro in the 33rd minute of play. In the 38th minute, Honorato Vimaro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pueblito's Eustaquio Ubarna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Vimaro in the 40th minute of play. When Anibal Pietro came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Pueblito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Pietro couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Eleuterio Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Ubarna having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Palmitas's Rogelio Dalmau got a free kick in the 55th minute. Lucas Ofelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Lertxun having to interfere. Eleuterio Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Ubarna having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Eleuterio Ciceron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Eleuterio Ciceron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Ubarna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Palmitas had won after a very even match.
