Carlos Gaizko struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Iker Matro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmitas AFC. After a rather tough play, Ojeda's Freddy Demesio got a free kick in the 17th minute. Carlos Gaizko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Matro having to interfere. A collision led to Ojeda getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Santiago Ponciano hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Benito Gomesano could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Iker Matro however easily saved by the left post. Benito Gomesano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Benito Gomesano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Iker Matro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albano Bazkoare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Tonio having to interfere. Silvano Peli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Aldo Tonio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Albano Bazkoare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ojeda's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Bazkoare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Tonio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Ojeda's Iker Matro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Gomesano in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Palmitas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Quilo came free, but Aldo Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Tonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Palmitas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Quilo came free, but Aldo Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Santo Francho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ojeda fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Ojeda's Alfredo Quilo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Albano Bazkoare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Aldo Tonio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albano Bazkoare who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Aldo Tonio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carlos Gaizko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Alfredo Quilo managed to get in a good position for a shot.
