Claudio Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Los mordecais's Claudio Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Gamus in the 41st minute of play. Clodoveo Gamus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Estebano having to interfere. Laureano Fe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Claudio Estebano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Clodoveo Gamus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cornelio Caton to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Ugutz in the 88th minute of play forced Hell Knights's goalkeeper Adolfo Lucian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adolfo Lucian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Constantino Ugutz went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Los mordecais's zone, Clodoveo Gamus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Estebano came out of the goal and Clodoveo Gamus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Los mordecais support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
