Ubaldo Daunte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 6 minutes, Jorge Mannuel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simancas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Mannuel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Mannuel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ubaldo Daunte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Jorge Mannuel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ubaldo Daunte. The goal made the score 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cuervos Ecatepec's zone, Jorge Mannuel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Daunte came out of the goal and Jorge Mannuel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faustino Padro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ubaldo Daunte. Cuervos Ecatepec's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benito Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simancas FC's Benito Veremundo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cuervos Ecatepec's Blas Loi in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Simancas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Loi in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Mosen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benito Veremundo struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Ubaldo Daunte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simancas FC. Blas Loi kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Francisco Txatxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Simancas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cuervos Ecatepec the free kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Loi was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Cuervos Ecatepec's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Mannuel came free, but Ubaldo Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Simancas FC's corner Elvio Haitz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ubaldo Daunte quite easily take care of the ball. Benito Veremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Daunte having to interfere. If Blas Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herminio Tichos short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Serafino Mosen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 65th minute Jorge Mannuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Daunte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jorge Mannuel came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Simancas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Mannuel couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Cuervos Ecatepec's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Veremundo came free, but Ubaldo Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafino Mosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Loi in the 76th minute of the match. Benito Veremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Daunte having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Cuervos Ecatepec's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Mannuel came free, but Ubaldo Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cuervos Ecatepec's Ubaldo Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Mannuel in the 92nd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cuervos Ecatepec players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Simancas FC.
