Spectators: 6684 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martin Lop started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Quirós FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Videl to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes Balsa got a freekick which was hit by Israel Raitin. Filiberto Gustau stood somewhat misplaced when Martin Lop came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 9 minute. Martin Lop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Filiberto Gustau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Reynardo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Rodrigo Dimo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Millan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Balsa's Filiberto Gustau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Balsa from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Lop in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filiberto Gustau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Balsa's Joaquin Reynardo got a free kick in the 35th minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Martin Lop managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quirós FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Lop was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Balsa's Filiberto Gustau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Lop in the 39th minute of play. Martin Lop might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filiberto Gustau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Lop ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Lop in the 42nd minute of play forced Balsa's goalkeeper Filiberto Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Gustau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Lop in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Balsa's zone, Edgardo Heriberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filiberto Gustau came out of the goal and Edgardo Heriberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Lop in the 48th minute of play forced Balsa's goalkeeper Filiberto Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute, Rodrigo Dimo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilio Millan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 56th minute, Edgardo Heriberto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filiberto Gustau was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Edgardo Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quirós FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Heriberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Gustau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Lop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Gustau having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Balsa's Israel Raitin got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Edgardo Heriberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filiberto Gustau. Balsa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Heriberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Balsa's Israel Etxeberri got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Israel Etxeberri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Millan having to interfere. After 76 minutes, Isidro Videl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quirós FC and the Balsa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, one of Quirós FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quirós FC. Hugo Atarrabi shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Balsa's Filiberto Gustau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Lop in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Balsa getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Israel Raitin hit a great ball. Marcial Caitano hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Balsa's Hugo Atarrabi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 91st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Quirós FC. Edgardo Heriberto kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Quirós FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Videl. 95 minutes into the match, Balsa's Hugo Atarrabi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Quirós FC's Isidro Videl got a free kick in the 97th minute. Quirós FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
