Spectators: 7127 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 39) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Evaristo Etxatxu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Evaristo Etxatxu kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Perrando in the 6th minute of play forced CASTORES FC's goalkeeper Ambrosio Hernando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ambrosio Hernando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Etxatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ambrosio Hernando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Perrando in the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Olivia getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marcelo Laurentzi hit a great ball. CASTORES FC's Ambrosio Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Perrando in the 27th minute of play. After 31 played minutes CASTORES FC got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Santalla. 36 minutes into the match, Norberto Perrando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ambrosio Hernando. CASTORES FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norberto Perrando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Daniel Bernal thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Gavino Salomone, a very annoying self made goal in the 42nd minute which led to 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciro Feliu to make the kick off. After 56 minutes, David Tello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olivia and the CASTORES FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adalberto Santalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Salomone having to interfere. Amancio Guipuzkoa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. CASTORES FC's Cristian Basajaun was substituted for Adalberto Santalla. Amancio Guipuzkoa hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Norberto Perrando could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Ambrosio Hernando however easily saved by the left post. Gavino Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Feliu in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Evaristo Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Hernando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Olivia's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Feliu came free, but Gavino Salomone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The goalkeeper, Ambrosio Hernando, was totally fooled by Olivia's Bartolo Modestio, who 88 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Olivia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Olivia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
