Siro Ignazio started the match with the kick off. If Anibal Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Abascal hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Siro Ignazio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fermin Porfiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. If Anibal Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Cesar Bonifaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Porfiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Ranquelcó's Arnulfo Arias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Vedillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 29 minutes of play, fashion fc's Cesar Bonifaco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fermin Porfiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Siro Ignazio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Fermin Porfiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Ignazio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Bonifaco kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Dionisio Vedillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnulfo Arias's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnulfo Arias was the one to do the kick off. When Anibal Vistruario came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ranquelcó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Vistruario couldn't finish the play. Froilan Luke kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Arnulfo Arias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Vedillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Ranquelcó were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after fashion fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eustacio Umbruso took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Ermegildo Gentza to score against Dionisio Vedillo in fashion fc's goal. 2-1 after 56 minutes. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Arnulfo Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ranquelcó's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Arias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Vedillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute Anibal Vistruario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Vedillo having to interfere. If Anibal Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ranquelcó's Anibal Vistruario got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Arias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Dionisio Vedillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Siro Ignazio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Porfiro having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Anibal Vistruario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ranquelcó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anibal Vistruario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, fashion fc's Froilan Luke got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 96 played minutes Ranquelcó got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Danel. After 99 played minutes, fashion fc's Saul Calisto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fermin Porfiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in fashion fc reached it. Ranquelcó walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
