Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Gogo Solustiano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abel Enekoitz. Gogo Solustiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 11th minute of the match Emanuel Karmel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Enekoitz skillfully saved the ball. Gogo Solustiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Abel Enekoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pueblo's Abel Enekoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Pueblo from getting a goal against them. Erubiel Gorbea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Admon in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, one of Remedios:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Remedios. The referee gave Pueblo a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arnulfo Isusko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Remedios's Erubiel Gorbea. 1-1. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Remedios's goalkeeper Erubiel Gorbea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Remedios booed when Pueblo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Tab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Gorbea came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Pueblo's Eusebio Admon. But to his dismay, Eusebio Admon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Erubiel Gorbea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Txilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erubiel Gorbea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Admon, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Ermegildo Txilar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erubiel Gorbea. That made the score 1-3 in the 51 minute of play. Abel Enekoitz came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Remedios's Flavio Ubarna. But to his dismay, Flavio Ubarna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Gogo Solustiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Enekoitz having to interfere. Gogo Solustiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Gogo Solustiano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Enekoitz was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the match, Pueblo's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Solustiano came free, but Abel Enekoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Eusebio Admon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pueblo's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebio Admon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erubiel Gorbea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ermegildo Txilar came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Pueblo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Txilar couldn't finish the play. Eusebio Admon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Erubiel Gorbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-4 became the score in the 82nd minute when Ermegildo Txilar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Abel Enekoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Lluques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Blanco during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ciro Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Arnulfo Isusko managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Erubiel Gorbea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Admon, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
