Laferrere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Herrera FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Laferrere fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! Maximino Eneto shot the penalty kick right outside the post.
