Rodolfo Ostots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Senin in the 4th minute of play. Bernardo Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Jaunzuria in the 7th minute of play. Rodolfo Ostots took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Senin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Jimeno Guib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Ostots saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, América's Fidel Lizardi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Matteo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Aquiles Jaunzuria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Anacleto Pacorro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Ostots. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Agustin Nuxila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Bernardo Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Jaunzuria struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Bernardo Matteo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for América. América's Rodolfo Ostots proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save América from getting a goal against them. Aquiles Jaunzuria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Olivar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardo Matteo. Tuclame's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bernardo Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Nuxila in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tuclame's zone, Aquiles Jaunzuria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Matteo came out of the goal and Aquiles Jaunzuria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Jimeno Guib hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agustin Nuxila made a kick off. Rodolfo Ostots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Peruxu in the 54th minute of play. Rodolfo Ostots showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Pacorro in the 55th minute of the match. Bernardo Matteo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Nuxila in the 58th minute. The throw-in from Silvio Araoz in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by América's Fidel Lizardi. After 63 minutes, Agustin Nuxila made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tuclame's Bernardo Matteo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Tuclame defense, Aquiles Jaunzuria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Matteo. The Tuclame fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Matteo should have stopped the shot. Marcos Senin kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The supporters of Tuclame booed when América was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Guipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Cresitobalo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodolfo Ostots. América's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Peruxu in the 74th minute of play forced América's goalkeeper Rodolfo Ostots to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th match minute, América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Lizardi to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Matteo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Agustin Nuxila sent off a good shot on target. Aquiles Jaunzuria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Matteo having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Agustin Nuxila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Matteo made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Agustin Nuxila sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Agustin Nuxila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernabe Incendio made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tuclame's Tobias Peruxu. A sloppy throw-in by Silvio Araoz in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by América's Fidel Lizardi. When the final whistle sounded América left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tuclame.
