Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulino Francis started the match with the kick off. Severo Tono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Ourente having to interfere. Ostendi AFC's Bruno Ourente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Ostendi AFC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Simon Fanuco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ostendi AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Fanuco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Elodio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ostendi AFC's Cosme Pacorro got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulino Francis hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Bruno Ourente made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Severo Tono sent off a good shot on target. Melquiades Otsoa hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With 23 minutes on the clock, Santo Calvet commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 23rd minute, one of Melero:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Melero. In the 29th minute, Cosme Pacorro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Elodio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Angelo Elodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Fanuco in the 36th minute of play. Cosme Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Angelo Elodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Lertxun during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Ostendi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Lertxun to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Simon Fanuco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Elodio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Cosme Pacorro made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Tono in the 71st minute of the match. Ostendi AFC's Bruno Ourente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Tono in the 73rd minute of play. In the 90th minute Cosme Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Elodio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Cosme Pacorro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Melero's Angelo Elodio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Ostendi AFC booed when Melero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Tono didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Ostendi AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
