Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Taquimilán FC's Americo Savion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Orlin in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentin Pero during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Taquimilán FC booed when Yanimas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Pero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Isadore was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Clemente Celio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Clemente Celio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Flavio Frederico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Isadore having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Gonzalo Orlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Americo Savion was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Orlin in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Americo Savion saved Taquimilán FC from getting behind. Moises Isadore was a little too slow when Clemente Celio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Taquimilán FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flavio Frederico was the one to do the kick off. The tension between the Taquimilán FC and the Yanimas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Taquimilán FC's Isidoro Maiorga got a free kick in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Orlin got free with Americo Savion in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Yanimas booed when Taquimilán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Maiorga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Flavio Frederico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Yanimas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Taquimilán FC:s goal.
