Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the game, Maximo Tristan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gessler FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vaga FC the free kick. In the 9th minute of the match Atilano Peru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Pedroso skillfully saved the ball. Constantino Laurendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Pedroso having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Juan Oxarra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Pedroso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vaga FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Pere, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcos Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Laurendi in the 18th minute of the match. Juan Oxarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Pedroso having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game Constantino Laurendi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gessler FC's Marcos Pedroso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Oxarra in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Pedroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Pedroso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Oxarra's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Ezequiel Librado hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Tomas Elija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Pere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Juan Oxarra sped through Gessler FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcos Pedroso. Gessler FC's Marcos Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Oxarra in the 36th minute of play. Ezequiel Librado kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Constantino Laurendi took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Pedroso. Marcos Pedroso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 45th minute, Constantino Laurendi made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Pedroso. Gessler FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Elija to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Gessler FC's zone, Constantino Laurendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Pedroso came out of the goal and Constantino Laurendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualterio Sendoa charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualterio Sendoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, Vaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Sendoa to maneuver through the defense. If Constantino Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Juan Oxarra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Elija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Dionisio Pere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 80 minutes, Juan Oxarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vaga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Oxarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Constantino Laurendi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Marcos Pedroso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Constantino Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Marcos Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venancio Cordairo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Gessler FC's zone, Juan Oxarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Pedroso came out of the goal and Juan Oxarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vaga FC played a much better game than Gessler FC and deserved their victory. The Gessler FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
