Augusto Bingen placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Fulgencio Jesco might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Tomi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Jesco ran back to his position shaking his head. Fulgencio Jesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Tomi having to interfere. Pastillos FC's Lino Cordaro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lino Cordaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Fulgencio Jesco came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Pastillos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Jesco couldn't finish the play. When Albano Bazkoare fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tatón AFC's protests and gave Albano Bazkoare a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Albano Bazkoare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Ladio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Lertxun having to interfere. Fulgencio Jesco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 45th playminute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Victoriano Tomi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Jesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Leandro Ladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albano Bazkoare kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Fulgencio Jesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Cordaro took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoriano Tomi. Victoriano Tomi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 61 minutes, Fulgencio Olayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pastillos FC and the Tatón AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Fulgencio Olayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Katia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Carolo Lertxun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastillos FC's Carolo Lertxun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Ladio in the 66th minute of play. If Claudio Katia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Augusto Bingen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastillos FC were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Tatón AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Bingen took the corner. 96 minutes into the match, Tatón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Jon came free, but Victoriano Tomi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pastillos FC had won after a very even match.
