With an all-out effort, CLUB ANEXOZ's Lucas Nesor threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeronimo Eyague, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Lucas Nesor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cristobal Clis scored 0-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeronimo Betadur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Garuhapé FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusebio Mendiko to make the kick off. If Lino Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Nesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Pinto in the 57th minute of play. After 60 played minutes CLUB ANEXOZ got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Ritchie. Gualterio Perpinya hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Eusebio Mendiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Pinto scored 1-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Nesor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Jeronimo Betadur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Eusebio Mendiko took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Jeronimo Betadur to make any attempt to save it. If Ildefonso Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Garuhapé FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
