Saul Bernal hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute Silvio Burni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvio Burni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santo Cresconio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Rabah Lacarne skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rabah Lacarne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dé Trancoso in the 24th minute of play. Paulino Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Onbera in the 31st minute of the match. During the 33rd minute of the match Saul Bernal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Saul Bernal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 34th match minute, Caleufú AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Bernal to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmar Onbera in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Iraitz saved Caleufú AFC from getting behind. Platon Arias scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulino Iraitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Dé Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elpidio Veronica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Iraitz having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Santo Cresconio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Platon Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Paulino Iraitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 52 played minutes Caleufú AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angel Maxin. Danny Ings received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Paulino Iraitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmar Onbera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Paulino Iraitz made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, Delmar Onbera dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paulino Iraitz, 1-2. After 67 played minutes Caleufú AFC got a freekick which was hit by Santo Cresconio. Santo Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Delmar Onbera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magics FC's Danny Ings got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmar Onbera came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paulino Iraitz could save by the left post. Platon Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Magics FC's Delmar Onbera in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caleufú AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Paulino Iraitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amro Abdul Hakim's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Caleufú AFC's Paulino Iraitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Onbera in the 95th minute of play.
