Spectators: 7173 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 20) Cirilo Havier came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cidampajao AFC's Leonel Inko. But to his dismay, Leonel Inko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Daunte in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Havier saved Chivas from getting behind. After 16 minutes, Artemio Raphael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cidampajao AFC and the Chivas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cidampajao AFC's Artemio Raphael got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th match minute, Chivas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Omero to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Daunte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Havier having to interfere. Chivas's Cirilo Havier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Daunte in the 24th minute of play. Leonel Inko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Norberto Daunte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Havier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pablo Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Erauso, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
