Adrian Calisto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Anacleto Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Freire's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Petrigai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santos Eutor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Altama's Constantino Balasi got a free kick in the 9th minute. A hard shot by Lorenzo Merexildo from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Adrian Calisto's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Robustiano Umbruso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the game, one of Altama:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Freire. Santo Rioja stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Santos Eutor. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Moises Gitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altama's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Gitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Calisto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Belo in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Calisto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Petrigai in the 29th minute of play forced Altama's goalkeeper Santos Eutor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Freire's zone, Horacio Oxel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Calisto came out of the goal and Horacio Oxel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Belo in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Mateo Belo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Horacio Oxel struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Adrian Calisto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altama. After 55 minutes, Sebastian Corderro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altama and the Freire players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Sebastian Corderro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freire's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Santo Rioja in the 58th minute. Americo Giro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Horacio Oxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Calisto having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Horacio Oxel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Adrian Calisto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adrian Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Belo in the 70th minute of play. In the 76thth minute of the game Horacio Oxel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Freire's Adrian Calisto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adrian Calisto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Belo in the 82nd minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Altama had played much better football throughout.
