The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Javier Roldanillo took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodosio Ralondo. Javier Roldanillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodosio Ralondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Javier Roldanillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Eugenio Poz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Teodosio Ralondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Cadret's goalkeeper Teodosio Ralondo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Roldanillo. 15 minutes into the match, Cadret's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Poz came free, but Teodosio Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Gizon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Gilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Denis Baraquiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Cadret booed when Soldevila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Nahia didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Javier Roldanillo came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Soldevila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Roldanillo couldn't finish the play. If Eugenio Poz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Eugenio Poz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cadret's Teodosio Ralondo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Cadret from getting a goal against them. Javier Roldanillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Teodosio Ralondo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Denis Gilen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cadret's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Gilen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Gizon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Poz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 46th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugenio Poz was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Benigno Inko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soldevila's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cadret the free kick. Teodosio Ralondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Omero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marciano Gizon was a little too slow when Denis Baraquiel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-1. 69 minutes into the match, Soldevila's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Baraquiel came free, but Marciano Gizon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Soldevila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Poz to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Gizon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Baraquiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
