Spectators: 7351 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Roman Satordi got the match started through his kick off. Igor Salvinos short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Siro Polo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 6th minute Roman Satordi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Satordi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venancio Lertxun struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Luisito Amato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corralitos FC. After 15 minutes, Virgilio Laurendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ascasubi AFC and the Corralitos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ascasubi AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! Venancio Nicholas placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! With a little luck, Corralitos FC's Siro Polo got control of the ball when Igor Salvino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Salvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Siro Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Roman Satordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Satordi in the 33rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Ascasubi AFC defense, Romeo Orlondon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisito Amato. The Ascasubi AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisito Amato should have stopped the shot. Ascasubi AFC's Igor Salvino got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaston Abajas hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Igor Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ascasubi AFC's zone, Venancio Lertxun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Amato came out of the goal and Venancio Lertxun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Siro Polo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Salvino's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Siro Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Satordi in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Corralitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Feliz to maneuver through the defense. Virgilio Laurendi, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 59 minutes, Roman Satordi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ascasubi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Satordi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Igor Salvino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Siro Polo. Corralitos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Salvino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 63 played minutes Corralitos FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Orlondon. Siro Polo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roman Satordi's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Venancio Lertxun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Amato having to interfere. After 70 minutes, Primitivo Peruanton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ascasubi AFC and the Corralitos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ascasubi AFC's Primitivo Peruanton got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Venancio Lertxun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Satordi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Siro Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Polo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Salvino went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute Fermin Xabat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Igor Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 played minutes Corralitos FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Abajas. Ascasubi AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
