Baldomiro Valentine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Mendebal having to interfere. Severino Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36thth minute of the game Carmelo Javiero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrialito AFC's Virgilio Incendio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Valentine in the 42nd minute of play forced Guandacol's goalkeeper Rodrigo Mendebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guandacol's Rodrigo Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Valentine in the 44th minute of play. Rodrigo Mendebal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomiro Valentine went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Baldomiro Valentine made the kick off in the second half. If Severino Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrialito AFC's goalkeeper Virgilio Incendio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carmelo Javiero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgilio Incendio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match Guandacol got a corner. Barrialito AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Matias Luken ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Guandacol's corner Matias Luken fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Virgilio Incendio quite easily take care of the ball. Rodrigo Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Valentine in the 60th minute of play. Severino Shepherd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Rodrigo Mendebal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carmelo Javiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Fabian Berart in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Guandacol's Danilo Urbasa. Fabian Berart made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tomás Lluterio however managed to control. If Severino Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Mendebal made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Severino Shepherd sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Severino Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrialito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Shepherd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Mendebal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodrigo Mendebal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Simon Meendez. Carmelo Javiero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgilio Incendio having to make a save. In the 87th minute, Baldomiro Valentine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Valentine in the 94th minute of play forced Guandacol's goalkeeper Rodrigo Mendebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guandacol's Rodrigo Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Valentine in the 96th minute of play. Chants of Barrialito AFC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Guandacol had held the ball for most of the match.
