The audience held their breath when Adolfo Honesto in the 39th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Timoteo Llorian's left hand side. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Malvin made a kick off. Braulio Jakobe kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The Casabindo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Hermengildo Ekain's late challenge caught a Egaña FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Juvenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Urritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Aurelio Peyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded Egaña FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Casabindo FC.
