The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspar Tebaldo during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ancón FC booed when Obraje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Tebaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Obraje's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Claus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Matro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Ancón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Claus came free, but Ricardo Matro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godfredo Beliran was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cirilo Diegotxe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 79 minute of play. Cirilo Diegotxe came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Godfredo Beliran could save by the left post. Godfredo Beliran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ancón FC. Cirilo Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Godfredo Beliran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godfredo Beliran made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Cirilo Diegotxe sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Obraje had won after a very even match.
