In the 19thth minute of the game Maximiliano Fidele who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batavia AFC's Marcial Gutxi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximiliano Fidele struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Marcial Gutxi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de Hermosillo. A collision led to Inter de Hermosillo getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Maximiliano Fidele hit a great ball. The supporters of Batavia AFC booed when Inter de Hermosillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Rocendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Damaso Otsoa made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Marcial Gutxi managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Inter de Hermosillo's Maximiliano Fidele fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Erubiel Ignado was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Batavia AFC's Erubiel Ignado got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Batavia AFC defense, Maximiliano Fidele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Gutxi. The Batavia AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Gutxi should have stopped the shot. Damaso Otsoa hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Maximiliano Fidele who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batavia AFC's Marcial Gutxi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximiliano Fidele might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcial Gutxi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Fidele ran back to his position shaking his head. Segundo Aznaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Jago in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Fidele recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcial Gutxi. Maximiliano Fidele showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Anier Cordarryl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Gutxi having to interfere. Aquilino Eriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
