In the 5th minute Victoriano Arlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Gar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rivadavia's Victoriano Arlo got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victoriano Arlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the game, Guaberto Boniel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sanagasta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rivadavia the free kick. Rivadavia's Victoriano Arlo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lorenzo Gar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Arlo in the 23rd minute of the match. Lorenzo Gar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Arlo in the 28th minute of play. Victoriano Arlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Lorenzo Gar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victoriano Arlo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. Lorenzo Gar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Arlo in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sanagasta FC's zone, Saul Gaxan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Gar came out of the goal and Saul Gaxan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victoriano Arlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Gar having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Saul Gaxan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Rivadavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Sengrat to maneuver through the defense. Rivadavia played a much better game than Sanagasta FC and deserved their victory. The Sanagasta FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
