Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro Pero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Orain in the 18th minute of the match. Felix Huly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aristides Chap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristides Chap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Huly, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Primitivo Benino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosquín's Aristides Chap was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Huly took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Chap. Aristides Chap dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Chicligasta FC's Primitivo Benino in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cosquín's goalie prevented a goal. 1-1 became the score in the 38th minute when Rolando Orain elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Alejandro Pero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Orain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cosquín's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damian Beremundo was slow to take the kick. During this time Chicligasta FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Chicligasta FC's Damian Beremundo to fire away a dangerous shot which Aristides Chap despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Primitivo Benino to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Chicligasta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Orain came free, but Alejandro Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosquín's Aristides Chap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Benino in the 56th minute of play. When Epifanio Frantzes fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cosquín's protests and gave Epifanio Frantzes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chicligasta FC booed when Cosquín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Frantzes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Cosquín's goalkeeper Aristides Chap had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Huly. Albano Gaspard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Alejandro Pero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Pero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Gaspard went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Damian Paz kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Epifanio Frantzes kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Aristides Chap stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Benino's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Paolo Lorencio kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Aristides Chap acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Damian Beremundo. When Albano Gaspard came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Cosquín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Gaspard couldn't finish the play. Albano Gaspard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Pero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Frantzes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Pero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Frantzes's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Cosquín's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
