Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabio Lopez got the match started through his kick off. Nicasio Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignacio Pietro might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ovidio Emenon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacio Pietro ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Vargas getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Agustin Orlondo hit a great ball. Nicasio Montez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ovidio Emenon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tabladitas's Fernan Blanco got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 24 played minutes Tabladitas got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Sergi. After having played for 28 minutes, Norberto Segio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vargas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Segio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 29 played minutes Vargas got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Lopez. Fernan Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Vargas's Ovidio Emenon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Montez in the 37th minute of play. When Ignacio Pietro came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Tabladitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Pietro couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Ignacio Pietro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vargas's Ovidio Emenon. Ovidio Emenon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Fabio Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ignacio Pietro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Siro Fidencio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Ignacio Pietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Montez got free with Ovidio Emenon in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 66 played minutes Vargas got a freekick which was hit by Andres Larra. 67 minutes into the match, Vargas's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Pietro came free, but Ovidio Emenon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Pietro in the 71st minute of play forced Vargas's goalkeeper Ovidio Emenon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vargas's zone, Nicasio Montez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Emenon came out of the goal and Nicasio Montez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 76 minutes, Nicasio Montez made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Vargas's Ovidio Emenon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ovidio Emenon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Pietro in the 81st minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Tabladitas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vargas.
