With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Uhin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the game, CHIVAS1023's Esteve Paskal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafino Uhin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, CHIVAS1023's Honorio Licerio got a free kick in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Ponc in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Ortzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Honorio Licerio came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the CHIVAS1023 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Licerio couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
